Er arbeitete sowohl in London als auch in New York, nachdem er im Rahmen des Global Markets Graduate Program in das Unternehmen eingetreten war.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rich ist ein begeisterter Sportler, er spielte Rugby 7s auf hohem Niveau und auf 6 Kontinenten. Er spielt weiterhin Vereins-Rugby in London.
