Sein Fokus liegt auf der Entwicklung der Liquidit\u00e4ts\u00fcberwachungskapazit\u00e4ten des Unternehmens, des Rahmens f\u00fcr operationelle Risiken sowie auf der Einrichtung und Weiterentwicklung der ESG-Risiko\u00fcberwachungsfunktion. Bevor er zu Algebris kam, war er 15 Jahre lang bei einem in London ans\u00e4ssigen Hedgefonds in verschiedenen Positionen im Front Office t\u00e4tig. Er leitete die Entwicklung von Order-Management-Systemen f\u00fcr Aktien und Futures und entwickelte als Quantitative Developer den algorithmischen Handel. Als Risikomanager \u00fcberwachte er das Technologierisiko und sass im Anlageausschuss, der die Signalgenerierung bei systematischen Strategien \u00fcberpr\u00fcfte.
