Arianna Boschini

Arianna Boschini joined Algebris in 2026 as a VC Associate.

Arianna hold a Master’s Degree in Chemical Sciences from the University of Milan‑Bicocca and completed an Executive Programme in VC Due Diligence at Columbia Business School.

Previously, Arianna worked for Snam, spending around four years working on new energy technologies, from hydrogen to battery storage to carbon capture. Her main focus was running Snam’s corporate accelerator: identifying promising startups, assessing the robustness of their technologies, and supporting them in building business cases capable of scaling within a large industrial environment.

Outside of work, she enjoy spending time in the mountains, exploring nature, and being with her dogs. She is also passionate about films and books, which continues to broaden her curiosity and perspective.
