Laure Avila

Laure joined Algebris in 2025 as a Senior Associate in Client Relations.

She has over 20 years of experience in the international asset management and banking sectors, working extensively with distributors and intermediaries. Her professional background includes roles at GAM, where she covered the DACH region and Spain, and most recently at Capital Group, focusing on the DACH market.

Laure is fluent in Italian, French, German, and Spanish, with a basic knowledge of Luxembourgish. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities, international literature, and cooking for family and friends. She has a deep appreciation for the art of dance and is actively involved in her local community, including as a member of the Zurich Regional Performance Centre for Rhythmic Gymnastics.
