Marco Turchini

Marco joined Algebris in 2021 to provide technological and strategic support for the firm’s private strategies. He leads the venture capital stragegy, focusing on  disruptive deep-tech opportunities.

Marco has about 20 years of experience in innovation, gained through premier consulting firms, two entrepreneurial ventures, and corporate management positions. His previous roles include Chief Innovation Officer of the A2A Group, CEO of A2A Smart City, and Senior Advisor for a leading EU Venture Capital firm with a focus on cleantech technologies.

He holds a PhD in Supply Chain Management and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management. He also maintains a strong passion for sailing and golf.
